Marcus is a fully renovated 38 m² apartment on the 2nd floor of a handsome, secure Haussmann-style building, in the very heart of Nantes. Solid parquet floors, tall windows onto a small balcony and a black marble fireplace: it has kept all the charm of the old building, with today’s comfort.

Designed for one guest on a longer stay, it offers quality bedding with a king-size bed, a desk area to work in peace, a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker) and a washing machine with dryer. When you arrive, the bed is made, towels are waiting for you, and a few essentials are ready for your first days: coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Location-wise: the 50 Otages tram stop is a 4-minute walk, the Talensac market and the Place Viarme flea markets are close by, and the Château des Ducs de Bretagne and the city centre are 7 minutes away. A Bicloo bike-share station sits at the end of the street.

It is being finished and will welcome its first guests in January 2027.
